Country with the world’s biggest average penis size is revealed

The result are officially in on the topic everyone secretly wants to know the answer to – the country with the world’s biggest average penis size has been revealed.

Now, everyone knows that size isn’t everything, but it’s something everyone wonders about from time to time.

According to Healthline, the average penis size is between 5.1 and 5.5 inches, with one study claiming that almost everyone falls between this range.

Of course, there are always some outliers on the larger or smaller sides, and a new study has determined which country comes out on top.

The study, put together by online pharmacy NowPatient, used Google data from 80 countries to determine which country has the most bragging rights when it comes to size.

According to their calculations, the country with the largest average penis size is…. [drumroll please]

Ecuador.

Yes, men from Ecuador have reportedly measured up at an avergae of 6.93 inches when erect.

Coming in a close second is Cameroon with a measurement of 6.56 inches, and Bolivia took the third-place spot with 6.5 inches.

The majority of the countries within the top 10 are in Africa, with Sudan (fourth), Senegal (sixth), Gambia (seventh), and Zambia (tenth) all making an appearance.

Also in the top 10 were Haiti in fifth place, and Cuba and the Netherlands, who were joint seventh along with Gambia.

The Netherlands was the only country from Europe to make the cut, while there were none from Asia among the top 10.

And of course, the curiosity doesn’t stop at the largest, as NowPatient also compiled a list of the smallest countries, too.

It’s not great news for people from Cambodia as they reported having the smallest penises at an average of 3.95 inches.

Second smallest was Myanmar at 4.21 inches, followed by the Philippines at 4.27 inches.

The top 10 was completed by Sri Lanka (fourth place), Hong Kong (fifth), Bangladesh (sixth), Thailand (seventh), Vietnam (eighth), Malaysia (ninth), and Singapore (tenth).

Notably absent from both the lists is the US and the UK, with American men coming in at 59th place with an average length of 5.35 inches, narrowly beating the UK which finished in 66th place at 5.17 inches on average.

France narrowly missed out on a spot in the top 10, coming in at 11th with an average of 6.20 inches below the belt, while Australia appeared in 43rd place with an average of 5.69 inches.

And while the survey might have earned some people some bragging rights (and left others a bit disappointed) it’s important to note that it was compiled from self-reported data.

This means there are many variables to how accurate those measurements actually are, from how they were taken to some participants potentially being a little bit more generous with their own sizings also a probability.

Ultimately, wherever you fall on the scale it’s important to remember that you’re likely completely normal and size isn’t everything.
